|Recommended: YesI'm a new tenant in the complex and I have to say that the customer service I've received from the manager, Jim, has been superior from the beginning. Things were a bit complicated on my end so he had to jump through quite a few hoops to make everything work. But he did it and never acted bothered or put out. He's been very kind and definitely gone above and beyond. I don't know that I would have had such a thorough, caring, and prompt experience anywhere else, or with anyone else. Also, the complex, parking lot, and grounds are very well kept. I have nothing but good things to say about this place, and the manager as well

|Recommended: YesSpoke with Jim the manager over the phone today and I must say he is a very nice man. He was very, very helpful when it came to the questions I had regarding the application process. He answered all my questions. Knowing Jim is the manager there makes me want to live there that much more
wow! thank you for your kind words! Salt Creek is really a unique place - a boutique complex of sorts with the wineries nearby and the small town feel! It makes for a wonder place to live.
|Recommended: YesReview — The apartment is nice and updated although when we moved in it looked as if they only did surface clean or washer dryer were not cleaned from past tenant . The landlord takes days to respond to messages if at all and the price is a bit much for how small the apartments are. I was paying 400 less at a previous apartment for more space.

The complex underwent a management change in late November and now has an onsite manager who is making every effort to change things back to positive!
Our available units are inspected and every item is checked for cleanliness - resident issues are now responded to immediately. Thank you for posting your observations!
